iSPECT Building Inspections forms an integral part of a national provider of building inspection services.

Our fully-insured team is made up of experienced members of the building and construction industry who collectively provide thousands of building and pest inspections across Australia every year.
We provide a multidude of various inspections services including, but no limited to: pre purchase inspections, new home (stage) inspections, pest inspections, dilapidation inspections, swimming pool inspections and testing.
Our business is supported by a national call centre who liase with customers and clients to take inspection bookings and cordinate the inspection with real estate agents, builders and site supervisors or managers.
